Codenest ("we", "us") is a software engineering studio registered in New Zealand and based in Auckland. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website (codenest.co.nz) and through mobile and web applications published by Codenest. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

- Contact information you send us voluntarily (by emailing us or submitting the enquiry form on this website): your name, email address, phone number, industry, and the contents of your message. When you submit the form we send you a confirmation email and deliver your enquiry to us using a transactional email provider acting on our instructions.
- Application data: where an application published by Codenest collects personal information, that collection is described within the application and is limited to what the application needs to function.
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information to anyone.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide services you request.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our applications.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
